Constitutional Provenance

RFC-0000 through RFC-0007 are exact byte copies from private source repository zenbanez/zen-os at frozen commit d5325bddc20da56d9cd40cf25cbfd9a1bd532ce7.

Their inclusion preserves authorship and institutional lineage; it does not copy the source repository's Git history, participant registry, evidence, or warrant trails. Internal references to first-house decisions or evidence are historical provenance inside the adopted RFC text. They are not local records of a receiving house and may not resolve in this base repository.

Constitutional bytes may not be silently transformed. A receiving house that changes substance must preserve the prior text and use its own constitutional authority process.
