    What is the L&D system?

    The L&D system turns identified professional learning needs into a traceable cycle: needs assessment, planning, program design, resource development, delivery, and quality review. In this pilot, the work is grounded in DepEd references including the PPST.

    Help with the work

    How does AI assist?

    AI helps people read approved references, explain unfamiliar concepts, organize de-identified information, compare options, and draft analyses or plans. It accelerates the work; it does not supply authority or replace professional judgment.

    Why ZenOS?

    ZenOS connects each task to trusted sources, a known participant, an explicit delegation, and human review. That helps AI show its sources, respect its limits, and stop when authority is missing.
